Our regular group training sessions are held on the following days:


  • Monday: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Greenhill School)
  • Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Boswell HS)
  • Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Greenhill School)
  • Thursday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Boswell HS)
  • Friday: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Greenhill School)

Please note: Pole vault sessions are no longer available at Boswell High School.

Training at Boswell is currently limited to general physical preparation and special workout practices only (running, strength, mobility).

All pole vault practices are now held at Greenhill School.

We are working on finding a new location in the Boswell area and will keep you updated!

For All training sessions prior booking is required!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
  • If a client books a practice and does not attend without prior notification, the full session amount may be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

We look forward to seeing you at practice!
