Flexible pole vault practices open to all athletes with prior experience. Book single sessions or join with a subscription to save.

General Physical Preparation (GPP)

A universal athletic development program improving strength, coordination, running mechanics, mobility, and overall physical readiness.

Age groups:

  • GPP 7–11 (5:00 PM): Coordination, body control, agility, basic strength, and movement fundamentals.
  • GPP 12 years old and elder (6:00 PM): Advanced strength development, speed work, mobility, and full athletic foundation.

Both age groups book through this page — just select the correct time slot.
