Join our Pro Vault Group sessions for elite-level pole vault training.
Each 2-hour session is led by experienced coaches and designed to improve your technique, strength, and confidence on the runway. Training includes structured progressions, individualized feedback, and event-specific conditioning to help you reach your goals.
The normal schedule for this group:
Monday - Pole Vault, special workout
Tuesday - Speed training, pole vault drills, plyometric workouts
Thursday - Pole Vault, conditioning workouts
Friday - Special physical development, weightlifting
Sunday - Cross running, gymnastics
Train with our expert coaches in a structured group setting. Sessions focus on pole vault technique, conditioning, and performance improvement. Designed for committed athletes seeking consistent, professional-level training.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
- If a client books a practice and does not attend without prior notification, the full session amount may be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
