Open Vault Sessions

Join focused 1.5-hour pole vault sessions - perfect for maintaining your form between seasons or competitions. Open Vault is ideal for club, school, or college vaulters who already have a foundation and want access to top-tier coaching and equipment.

Prior experience is necessary. All appointments must be scheduled online.

Rising Stars Program

A training track for motivated young athletes to develop their pole vaulting skills in a fun and supportive environment. Includes access to two 1.5-hour Open Vault Sessions per week with professional coaching and equipment provided. Perfect for building a strong foundation and growing confidence in the sport.

Prior experience is necessary. All appointments must be scheduled online.

Small Group training

Get individualized attention in a small group setting (up to 3 athletes). These sessions are tailored to your technical goals and physical readiness. Ideal for learn basics.

Suited for athletes with no previous experience in Pole Vaulting.

Competition Coaching

Invite our experienced coaches to support you during competitions within the DFW area. We bring expertise, strategy, and poles — 3 poles included by default, with +2 additional for Pro members at no extra charge.

2. Rising Stars Program

The Rising Stars Program is designed to help kids develop confidence, coordination, and foundational vaulting skills. It includes two 1.5-hour Open Vault sessions per week, focused on technique and safe skill-building.

3. Open Vault Sessions

Best for: Athletes who want to try it out or train occasionally.

If you’re not ready to commit to a membership or just want to train occasionally, our single session option is the way to go. This allows you to attend a single practice session without any further commitment.

  • No Commitment: This is a great option if you're new to pole vaulting or just want to see what our training sessions are like.
