This one-hour training session is designed to help young athletes build a strong athletic foundation through a fun, structured, and engaging environment.

No previous sports experience is required. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome.

Athletes will develop essential physical qualities including:

• Strength

• Speed

• Agility

• Coordination

• Flexibility

• General athleticism

Participants will also be introduced to basic pole vault skills and exercises appropriate for their age and experience level.

Schedule:

Currently available on Sundays only.

As enrollment grows and a full group is established, additional training opportunities may be added during the week.

Age Group:

7–12 years old


Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
  • If a client books a practice and does not attend without prior notification, the full session amount may be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
