This class is open to two age groups:

  • Ages 7–12: Fundamental movement skills, coordination, balance, body control, and safe strength development
  • Ages 12+: Strength, speed, power, mobility, core stability, and sport-specific athletic readiness

Our coaching team provides hands-on instruction, proper technique guidance, and individually scaled exercises for each athlete’s age and level.
