Athletic Foundation Program 12+
GPP sessions build full-body athleticism through strength, coordination, mobility, running mechanics, balance, and injury-prevention work. All exercises are age-appropriate and follow progressive development.
Sessions are led by KEY Athletics coaches and tailored to each athlete’s level and goals.
We offer two age groups under the same program:
GPP 7–12 years – fundamentals, body control, coordination, agility, basic strength
GPP 12+ years – more advanced strength, speed, mobility, and athletic foundation
Parents simply choose the correct time when booking:
5:00 PM — GPP for ages 7–12
6:00 PM — GPP for ages 12+
