  technique and coordination. 4. Pole Vaulting The main part of the session
  will focus on performing pole vaults with personalized technique adjustme
 nts. 5. Individual Feedback and Functional Training At the end of the vaul
 ting session\, each athlete will receive personal feedback from the coach.
  We will finish with a brief functional workout to improve the overall phy
 sical conditioning of vaulters.
